Pomegranate Party Girl cocktail

This is an Yvonne original this week. I am super excited about this yummy cocktail. You will absolutely love this drink, it’s perfect for Valentine’s day or Galentine’s brunch.  This is one of those cocktails that will sneak up on you so don’t say I didn’t warn you.  You’ll need a few ingredients to pull this off.  
Here’s what you’ll need: 
2 oz of pomegranate juice 
1/2 oz of Agave syrup 
Juice from half a lemon 
about 10-14 fresh pomegranate seeds 
3 oz of Berry flavored Vodka ( I used Red Berry Circo) 
1 oz of Club soda  
Muddle the fresh pomegranate seeds with agave syrup and lemon juice in your cocktail shaker, add Vodka, pomegranate juice, mix cocktail, strain into your cocktail glass, float Club soda on top, garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds and lemon slices. Enjoy and Drink responsibly
