Wind Down Wednesday - We're making the Moscato Sangria cocktail

Hey my Beautiful people!

This weeks cocktail is for my Moscato Drinkers! I love Moscato, so this cocktail is one of my favs.

Moscato is considered a sweeter wine, but how it's made is dictated by the winemaker and the style that they're aiming to produce. It generally has lower acidity, with a slight sweetness thanks to higher levels of residual sugar. Moscato is considered a dessert wine and is usually paired at the end of a meal with a delicious dessert.

This weeks receipe is perfect for the Summer weather. It's very light and refreshing. I love the spin on the traditional Sangria, instead of making this cocktail with Red wine, the pairing with Moscato and your favorite Summer berries and lemon is delicious.

The ingredients you'll need for this drink is:

4 oz of your favorite Moscato

1 tablespoon of Honey

2 oz of Lime Seltzer water

Slices Lemon (2 slices)

3 Sprigs of fresh Thyme

Handful of Fresh Raspberries

3 to 4 slices Strawberries

Place your fresh fruit, Honey and Seltzer water into your cocktail shaker, muddle ingredients together. Add your Moscato into the shaker, Give it a nice shake, strain the drink into your cocktail glass filled with Ice, Raspberries, slices lemon and sliced strawberries, top with a Thyme Sprig. Kick your feet up and Enjoy!

Meet me tonight at 7:30 pm on our IG Business page.

Blessings!
