Wind Down Wednesday - Raspberry Lemonade Prosecco Punch

Hey Beautiful People! I hope you're having a great week. This week we are switching it up from Hard alcohol to Prosecco (by request).

This weeks cocktail is the delicious Raspberry Lemonade Prosecco Punch.

Let's get into our main ingredients Prosecco & Limoncello.....

Prosecco is a type of sparkling wine made from a combination of three types of wine grapes: pinot noir, pinot meunier, and chardonnay) is fermented twice in special caves with the right climate.

Limoncello is an Italian lemon liqueur mainly produced in Southern Italy, especially in the region around the Sorrentine Peninsula and the coast of Amalfi. In northern Italy, the liqueur is often referred to instead as limoncino.

We only need three ingredients for this drink: 4oz of Limoncello Lemon Liqueur, 4oz Cran-Raspberry juice, and 1/2 a cup of Prosecco.

We are going to mix all three ingredients into our cocktail shaker with Ice. Strain into your cocktail glass, garnish with a Lime wedge and enjoy!
